Laywell Auction Services — In‑Person Auction Terms & Conditions
No Buyer’s Premium • No Sales Tax
Auction Date: August 30th, 2026 Location: 4525 McConkey Rd, South Vieena Oh 45369. Removal Deadline: 8/30/26
Registration: Bidder numbers are issued with a valid government photo ID. You agree that all bids placed under your bidder number are your responsibility.
Bidding: Auctioneer determines bidding increments and may reject any bid. In the event of a tie or dispute, the Auctioneer’s decision is final and may reopen the lot.
As‑Is, Where‑Is: All items sell AS‑IS, WHERE‑IS, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Inspect during preview; descriptions are opinions—rely on your inspection.
Payment: PAY IN FULL the day of sale before removal. Accepted: cash, check with ID (at Auctioneer’s discretion), and card if service is available. No buyer’s premium and no sales tax for this auction.
Title & Risk: Title and risk pass to the buyer upon Auctioneer’s declaration of “sold.” Buyer is responsible for the security and removal of purchases.
Removal: Remove purchases by the posted deadline. Bring help, tools, and packing. The Auctioneer may charge storage/disposal fees for items not removed by the deadline.
Lotting: The Auctioneer may group, split, or reorder lots and may remove lots from the sale. Announcements made auction day take precedence over printed/posted materials.
No‑Sale/Reserve: Lots may be offered subject to reserve. The Auctioneer may accept or reject any and all bids.
Checkout Control: No items leave until paid in full. A runner or staff member may verify your receipt at the exit/loadout area.
Firearms (if applicable): Buyer must be legally eligible to purchase. Long guns 18+, handguns 21+. Separate firearm release form and ID copy required. Auctioneer may delay release at discretion.
Hold Harmless: Attendees enter at their own risk. Buyer agrees to hold harmless Laywell Auction Services, consignors, and the venue for injury or damage, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Dispute & Venue: Any disputes will be resolved under the laws of the State of Ohio. Venue and jurisdiction shall lie in the county where the auction is conducted.
Announcements made on auction day by the Auctioneer take precedence over any printed or posted information.
